E-INVOICE

Intecon’s e-invoice solution is a special integration package which is integrated with Infor ERP applications. Intecon supplies post box feature as well in addition to e-invoice maintanence and delivery unit.

What is E-Invoice?

E-Invoice is an electronic document which contains the info originally printed on valuable paper, standardized in a defined format and sealed as not possible to change. E-Invoice is not a new document type. On the contrary it has the same legal qualities with the hard copy paper invoice. Electronic invoices are forwarded to recepient establishment by means of Revenue Administration Office with Intecon’s e-invoice solution.

Firstly, this has been opened to incorporated and limited companies. Individual tax payers have joined the practice with the general notification of VUK (Taxation Procedure Law) numbered 416. Gradual moving had been planned to E-invoice and with every tax payer joins, saving in labour force and postage expenses occur and beacuse of less paper consumption a contribution to nature has been targetted as well.

How E-Invoice works?

In E-Invoice system, E-Invoice can only be sent to users which are registered in the system and can be received again only from them.

Sent e-invoices are checked by Revenue Administration Office and forwarded to the recepient. They are kept in central database as well.
Sender, allows e-invoice to be maintained, signs or approves it with the financial seal, saves and forwards it to the center.
Post Box Unit receives the electronic invoice and system’s answer which comes via center, verificates the signiture or financial seal, makes a record and saves the invoice and system’s answer records. It receives the incoming application’s and system’s answer, makes a record for it, verifies the signiture or financial seal and saves
It allows to create application’s and system’s answer, signs or approves with financial seal, saves and forwards it to the center.
