MEDICS Health Assistance Management
MEDICS Health Assistance Management
MEDICS is a Java-based software solution designed to meet the needs of health insurance companies.
The application primarily provides authorized users with capabilities such as policy production,
provisioning, and document management, and it can be integrated with hospitals using the "Hospital Provision"
or "Web-service" modules.
Insurance companies using the MEDICS system can direct patients to more suitable hospitals by using
the appointment scheduling module, enhancing operational efficiency.

necessary dates are recorded for later use in reports. Additionally, the reporting section can be customized
according to the specific needs of the insurance company.

Hospital Provision and Web Service
If desired, the hospital user can manage the provision request process through a special application or web service.
In this case, the user waits for a pre-authorization approval,
which can be modified by the MEDICS user if necessary.
Afterwards, the hospital user can view the final provision.
MEDICS Alert Module
When a new pre-authorization is created, a special listing page with a pop-up alert opens on the MEDICS user screen,
and the user can click the pop-up to immediately process the case.
With this alert system, users do not need to
refresh this list each time.
Appointment Creation Module
The insurance company can use the "Appointment Module," a separate module from MEDICS, to guide patients to the
most suitable service provider based on the workload of hospitals
with which the insurance company has agreements.
In this module, the user receives a call from the patient and immediately accesses the patient's personal data and
essential information.
On this screen, the user can view a page containing crucial information such as the current
service provider, branch details, doctor, and examination dates, and select the appropriate section
to schedule an
appointment for the patient.
