If wanted hospital user can manage the provision request procedure with a special application or over the web service. In this case apre-provision approval is expected and if required can be changed by MEDICS user. After this hospital user can view the final provision.
MEDICS Warning Module
When a new provision was created a special pop-up warning is displayed on the screan of MEDICS user. User can click on this warning and immediately run the process. With the help of this warning system, user shouldn’t have to refresh the page all the time.
Appointment creation module
Insurance company can use “Appointment Module” which is a seperate modüle in MEDICS in order to direct patient where best service will be supplied according to the busyness of the contracted hospitals. In this module user gets the call and reach the patient’s personal data and important data rightaway. In this screan user can display the page which has important info such as current service provider, branch info, doctor and examination dates and can make an appointment fort he patient by selecting the suitable department.
