CENTRAL WAREHOUSING

Documents are stored in central archive with customizable document storing rules. Data together with content field is taken inside automatically by the application you use. This feature allows documents to be taken in and processed by different users.

DOCUMENT TREE

Defining document objects and sub folders which are connected to document tree is under control of system manager who defines the rules for document flow. Users are authorized to upload documents according to previously defined templates.
