WHAT IS BA-BS RECONCILIATION?
INTECON BA/BS Reconciliation System is a web based platform which you can make your reconciliation correspondence only by using a single management portal. More over, you do this without using external data sending communication channels such as e-mail, fax, phone, etc.

Users can reach the application from www.ba-bs.com address
After receiving the request to use the application company info is entered to the system by our team. Than account info created fort he users of company is sent by e-mail. After this point all functions of the application is managed by the users. It is not interfered by us.
SENDING E-MAIL AND INFORMATION
In this session business partners of the main company enter their data. Incase required, a reminder e-mail can be sent to companies who didn’t enter data by pressing the reminder buton. After data is started to be entered by business partners, reconciliation can be made by using the application.
Reconciliation Information
In this session which is linked to reconciliation information, user can list the records by selecting the account type and the period. In this list, loaded data, how a business partner enters values, by total or by invoice, entered total amount/number of invoices and the status of reconciliation can be seen and checked easily. It is made easier by marking reconciled data in different colour , total amount and number of invoice is displayed in clear view and can easily be printed.
